Communities We Serve
Moving is always challenging. For our older loved ones, facing relocation into a living community can feel especially daunting. Finding a community that meets your wants and needs is a long process on its own, and once you’ve made your decision and are ready to move, the thought of packing up your home and downsizing can seem overwhelming all over again.
We operate throughout Southern California, from San Diego County to Orange County, even Los Angeles County selectively, and have worked in many of the living communities in these areas. Our clients have moved into the Silvergate Retirement Residences (located in Rancho Bernardo and Fallbrook), the Belmont Village Senior Living communities (located in La Jolla, Cardiff, Sabre Springs and Aliso Viejo), the Westmont Living communities (located in Encinitas, La Mesa and San Miguel Ranch), the Glen senior living group (i.e. The Glen at Scripps Ranch and La Costa Glen), Merrill Gardens Bankers Hill, Casa de Las Campanas and the Remington Club in Rancho Bernardo, Lantern Crest Santee, Paradise Village National City, Casa de Manana and Monarch Cottages in La Jolla, and many more communities (not mentioned here) in our service region.
For families and individuals who are not interested in moving to a senior living community, but are looking to downsize or declutter, we can help with that too! We can help by facilitating moving your home into a smaller place, or by making your current home more safe and accessible. Bella Reflections and a wealth of other local resources can help make aging in place and staying at home achievable and realistic for seniors and their families.
Senior Relocation
We customize our services to meet the needs of each of our clients and their families. We are here to provide compassionate and professional service, to simplify an overwhelming process and allow our clients and their families to focus on themselves, rather than the literal and figurative “heavy-lifting” of a move.
Aging in Place
Stay Happy. Stay Healthy. Stay Safe. Stay Home.
Aging in place can be beneficial for older adults by preserving their independence and their community connections, amongst many other benefits. Familiar surroundings and routines can promote better health outcomes by reducing stress and maintaining our seniors access to familiar health care providers.
Whatever the reason, moving may not be the best decision for you or your aging family member right now – yet you still may need a change. Later in life, our homes often become cluttered with our ‘stuff’ and don’t work as well for us as they did a few years or decades ago. Many are overwhelmed by the daunting prospect of downsizing, decluttering, organizing, and discarding. We may need a lot of help or just a little encouragement and assistance.

Another important part of aging in place is making sure you have access to the care you need. Our sister company, Visiting Angels of San Diego and Orange provides you the ability to age in place and provides families with support that includes specially trained caregivers, companionship, medication reminders, respite care, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, with individualized plans for each client. Visiting Angels also helps provide seniors with companionship and activities which engage them physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially.
Southern California is a great place for older adults. There are a variety of senior centers in San Diego and Orange County, which can provide a number of great services to our valued seniors. Many senior centers offer low-impact exercise programs, social events, movie nights, card game sessions, transportation services, and more. Local universities like University of California Irvine, University of California San Diego, Chapman University and California State University Fullerton offer programs for older adults through the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, specifically designed for seniors to keep them active, learning and engaged.
