If I could give Bella Reflections more than five stars, I would.
Helping a parent move into assisted living is emotional, overwhelming, and full of a million moving parts. From the moment we met Daniel, we knew we were in good hands, but somehow they still managed to exceed every expectation we had.
In one day, they carefully packed my mother’s condo, moved everything to Merrill Gardens, unpacked every box, assembled furniture, mounted the TV, connected the cable, organized the kitchen and pantry, set up a sweet dog area, decorated, hung artwork, and somehow transformed this blank studio apartment into a warm, welcoming home before they left. My mother didn’t walk into a room full of boxes. She walked into a home.
Daniel and Laura are simply incredible. They are organized, thoughtful, compassionate, and genuinely care about the people they’re helping, not just the move itself. A huge thank you also goes to Gary and Chris, the movers they work with. They were professional, kind, unbelievably efficient, and handled every piece of furniture and every box with care. They assembled furniture at lightning speed, and never stopped smiling.
The entire move, from arrival at 9:30 that morning until everything was completely finished by around 3:00 that afternoon, was nothing short of amazing. What impressed me almost as much as the service was the value. Their pricing is incredibly reasonable for the level of care, expertise, and hands-on support they provide. Honestly, I don’t know how they do it. This wasn’t just a moving company. They helped make one of life’s biggest transitions feel calm, joyful, and hopeful.
I cannot recommend Bella Reflections highly enough. Thank you, Daniel, Laura, Gary, and Chris, for giving my mother such a beautiful first day in her new home. We’ll never forget it.
The experience working with Sheilagh was great. We met with a number of companies, but Jill and I kept coming back to Sheilagh’s straight forward attitude. It just felt right. I also liked the fact that your company gives a high and low estimate. All the others gave an estimate with question marks for additional costs.
It was such a pleasure to come into a new home with no more boxes to unpack. Again, thanks to Sheilagh and Lisa for their work on the packing and unpacking. They worked to hard to get Jill settled in and she made it to dinner that night!

Wendy and her crew made our moving experience very easy. She was extremely thoughtful, helping measure our floor plans and providing great suggestions on how everything could flow the best. Bella Reflections is a wonderful partner. They are the “answer” to those prospective residents who are putting off their move because they don’t know what to do with all their “stuff”!
Their team is caring and knowledgeable and their focus is on the individual. Initially, they offer a free consultation with the family to determine their needs. One of our first families who utilized Bella’s services, still raves about how “little” she had to do to make a move from a 3200sf home to a 1000sf apartment home. From start to finish, their client (our resident) walked in and it was beautifully staged with her favorite items she chose to bring. All her pictures were hung and each drawer in the kitchen and bathroom complete with how she had it set up at home!
