She did an excellent job with our move. She was prompt, very organized and had some excellent ideas that made the move go smoothly. We were very pleased with Carol and her team (Valerie, Lynne, Gary, Missi & Diane. Really bowled over by the overall organization and presentation. Amazed at the thoughtful choice of pictures/photos, and the grouping of themes. Suzanne also helped me sort/pack prior to move and she was excellent as well.
The movers (Flat Bid Moving) were generally very good, especially Carlos, the team leader.

It was a lovely feeling stepping into my new home. I was delighted to see how you decorated it. My family was also very excited, even my 11-year old grandson. The orchid that you left for me was such a nice touch.
It is a shame that the local organizing company we had contacted did not work out as well. However we appreciate your support for us and contacting the company as well. I am enjoying my time at Silvergate and completing left over business from Bay area. Exhausted but happy.

Diane was perfect. She was well organized, saw things that needed to be done and was very diplomatic.
